Ultra-thin aluminum sheet (0.001-0.1mm) is suitable for high-precision applications such as electronic components (e.g., flexible circuits), optical coatings, and thin-film solar cells. Its advantages lie in its conductivity (resistivity ≤ 2.8μΩ·cm) and corrosion resistance (salt spray test ≥ 500h). Common industrial thicknesses range from 1-50mm, and are used in automotive lightweighting (30% weight reduction), architectural curtain walls (wind pressure resistance ≥ 5kPa), and aerospace structural components (tensile strength ≥ 300MPa), balancing strength and processability. Ultra-thick aluminum sheet (>50mm）は、主に重機（1000MPa以上の圧力抵抗）またはカビ製造（硬度が80HB以上）で使用されており、熱処理によりさらに強化できます。
